Protect the rear of your Suzuki Vitara 1.6 5-door (version with narrow frame and sheet metal control arms) with a bumper built for genuine off-road use. This steel rear bumper replaces the sensitive original parts and offers massive protection for the bodywork, whether in dense forest or rocky terrain.

Robust Construction & Precise Manufacturing

Stability and a precise fit are paramount for this rear protector:

• Material Thickness: The housing is made of 3 mm thick steel sheet. The brackets for frame mounting are particularly robust, at 6 mm thick.

• Manufacturing Technology: All components are laser-cut and bent on CNC press brakes to guarantee an exact fit for the 5-door body.

• Surface Protection: The component is sandblasted and provided with a double powder coating in matt black (RAL 9005), ensuring excellent corrosion protection.

Off-road Features & Functionality

• Hi-Lift Jack Points: The bumper features integrated, reinforced mounting points. These allow you to safely attach your Hi-Lift jack directly to the bumper in off-road terrain.

• Shackle Mounts: Holes for mounting recovery shackle holders are already present. The matching mounts can be ordered as optional accessories in our shop.

• Prepared for Auxiliary Lights: The bumper is prepared for mounting reversing and rear fog lights. We recommend the Fristom FT-40 and FT-41 models for this purpose (these are not included in the scope of delivery).

Colors & Finish

As standard, we supply the bumper in Matt Black (RAL 9005).

• Individual RAL Color: For an additional charge, we can manufacture the bumper in your desired color from the RAL palette. Simply enter your RAL code in the comment field during the ordering process.

Important Note on Custom Colors: As the bumper is specially made for you when a color request is made, the right of withdrawal is excluded for these personalized items.

Important Notes on Assembly & Production

• Plug & Play: No cutting or welding on your Suzuki is required for installation. The kit includes all necessary screws and brackets for direct frame mounting.

• Specialist Workshop Recommendation: We strongly recommend having the installation carried out by a specialist workshop. Correct anchoring to the frame is essential for safety when using jacks or recovery shackles.

• Production Time: As each bumper is individually manufactured, the delivery time is up to 8 weeks.

• Legal: This bumper has no road approval (no expert opinion/ABE). Please clarify a possible individual acceptance before purchase with an expert.
