Give your Suzuki Samurai the rear protection it needs off-road. This steel rear bumper replaces weak original parts with a solid construction specifically designed for demanding off-road use. It reliably protects the body from impacts and provides practical attachment points for recovery maneuvers.

Solid Construction & Precise Manufacturing

Stability is paramount for this bumper:

• Material Thickness: The casing is made from 3 mm thick steel plate. At the mounting points, which are directly connected to the frame, the bumper is reinforced with 5 mm steel.

• Manufacturing Technique: All components are laser cut and bent on CNC press brakes, ensuring an exact fit.

• Finish: The bumper is sandblasted and receives a double powder coating in Matte Black (RAL 9005) for durable corrosion protection.

Off-Road Features & Functionality

• Hi-Lift Mounts: Integrated, reinforced mounting openings allow you to securely attach your Hi-Lift jack directly to the bumper in an emergency.

• Shackle Mounts: Mounting holes for recovery shackle holders are already present. The matching holders can be ordered as optional accessories in our shop.

• Combined LED Lighting: The set includes modern LED combination lights that seamlessly integrate into the bumper's design.

Colors & Surfaces

By default, we supply the bumper in Matte Black (RAL 9005).

• Individual RAL Color: For an additional charge, we can manufacture the bumper in your desired color from the RAL palette. Simply enter your RAL code in the comment field during the ordering process.

Important note on custom colors: Since the bumper is specially made for you when a color request is made, the right of withdrawal for these personalized items is excluded.

Important Notes on Installation & Production

• Plug & Play: No cutting or welding work on your Samurai is required for installation. The set includes all necessary screws and brackets for direct mounting.

• Specialist Workshop Recommendation: We strongly recommend having the installation carried out by a specialist workshop. Correct anchoring to the frame is essential for safety when using jacks or recovery shackles.

• Production Time: Since each bumper is custom-made, the delivery time is up to 8 weeks.

• Legal: This bumper has no road approval (no expert opinion/ABE). Please clarify a possible individual acceptance before purchase with an expert.
