Give your Opel Frontera B (5-door) the ultimate rear protection. This steel bumper is the ideal solution if you're going off-road and looking for a robust alternative to the original plastic bumper. It is extremely durable and specially designed for demanding off-road conditions.

Two-piece Construction & High Load Capacity

The bumper features an intelligent, two-piece construction, which simplifies installation and ensures maximum stability:

• Solid Brackets: The frame attachments are made of 5 mm – 8 mm thick steel plate.

• Bumper Body: Made of 2.5 mm – 5 mm thick steel, additionally reinforced with closed profiles and solidly stiffened at critical points (shackle and Hi-Lift mounts).

• Precision Manufacturing: All elements are laser-cut and bent on CNC press brakes. The surface is sustainably protected by a double powder coating.

Functions for Off-Road Use

• Integrated LED Lighting: High-performance LED lamps are included, providing significantly better visibility for driving after dusk and maneuvering off-road.

• Parking Sensor Preparation: The bumper already has 4 holes, so you can directly transfer your existing parking sensors.

• Hi-Lift Mounts: Thanks to the special reinforcements, you can safely and directly attach your Hi-Lift jack to the bumper.

• Shackle Mounts: Holes for shackle mounts are present (shackle mounts can be ordered as optional accessories from us).

Colors & Finish

By default, we supply the bumper in Matte Black (RAL 9005). You have the following options:

• Textured Black (RAL 9005)

• Individual RAL Color: Simply provide us with your desired RAL code in the comment field of the ordering process.

Important Note on Custom Colors: Since the bumper is specially made for you when a custom color is requested, the right of withdrawal for these personalized items is excluded.

Assembly & Production

• All-Inclusive: You do not need any additional parts for installation – all brackets and screws are included in the set. Welding is not required.

• Specialist Workshop Recommendation: We strongly recommend having the assembly carried out in a specialist workshop.

• Production Time: As each bumper is custom-made, the delivery time is up to 8 weeks.

• Legal: This bumper has no road approval (no expert opinion/ABE). Please clarify a possible individual acceptance before purchase with an expert.
