Constructed from solid steel plates in 6, 4, and 3 mm thicknesses, it is designed for maximum load capacity and provides the robustness a heavy-duty off-roader needs in rugged terrain. Thanks to the finely tuned three-point adjustment, the bumper can be precisely aligned and cleanly mounted on the vehicle, which not only improves the fit but also facilitates integration into the L200's ladder frame-oriented structure. Additionally, an integrated mount for the rear fog light and reinforced brackets for recovery points are present, ensuring the vehicle is reliably prepared for recovery maneuvers in scree, mud, or steep exits.

The surface is consistently built for the toughest applications: shot blasting for optimal pre-treatment, followed by arc-spray zinc coating for effective corrosion protection, and then a durable Sahara-quality polyester powder coating with increased abrasion resistance. The finish is complemented by a particularly robust black textured paint with a fine crack look, which not only looks distinctive but also confidently withstands the harsh everyday challenges of sand, stone chips, branches, and mud.
