Massive Construction & Thoughtful Fastening

The bumper is manufactured using state-of-the-art laser technology and CNC press brakes. Special attention is paid to the stable connection to the vehicle:

• Secure Mounting: The construction uses special brackets that are welded to the tow bar. Since this is bolted directly to the vehicle's longitudinal members, an extremely solid connection is ensured without interfering with the fundamental vehicle structure.

• Material Thickness: Made of 2.5 mm – 6 mm thick steel, massively reinforced to 6 mm – 8 mm at the frame attachments.

• Finish: Small parts are galvanized, the entire body is sandblasted and protected by a double powder coating.

Off-road Features & Extensions

• Hi-Lift Mounts: Permanently welded sleeves allow the vehicle to be safely lifted with a Hi-Lift jack.

• Shackle Mounts: Prepared mounting points for recovery shackles are available (mounts available as optional accessories).

• Optional Spare Wheel Carrier: The bumper is prepared for mounting a swivel spare wheel carrier (available separately as an option).

• LED Lighting Included: Powerful LED lamps for better illumination when maneuvering off-road are included in the set.

Colors & Finish

Standard delivery is in Matte Black (RAL 9005).

• Individual RAL Color: For an additional charge, you can choose any color from the RAL palette. Please specify the desired RAL code in the comment field of the ordering process.

Important Note on Custom Colors: Since the bumper is specially manufactured for you when a color request is made, the right of withdrawal for these personalized items is excluded.

Installation & Production

• Professional Installation: Even if installation can be done with standard tools, we strongly recommend having it installed by a specialist workshop to ensure correct force transfer to the longitudinal members.

• Production Time: Due to individual manufacturing, the delivery time is up to 8 weeks.

• Legal: This bumper has no road approval (no expert opinion/ABE). Please clarify a possible individual acceptance before purchase with an expert.
