Upgrade your Suzuki Vitara 1.6 3-door for the next off-road adventure. This steel front bumper replaces the original plastic parts with a solid construction, specially designed for models with sheet metal control arms. It offers excellent protection for the front end and steering linkages.

Robust Construction & Precise Manufacturing

Stability and precise fit are paramount with this bumper:

• Material Thickness: Made from 3 mm thick steel plate. The brackets for mounting to the frame are robustly designed with a thickness of 5 mm.

• Manufacturing: All parts are laser cut and bent on CNC press brakes to guarantee a precise fit for your Vitara.

• Finish: Sandblasted and given a double powder coating in matte black (RAL 9005) to provide lasting protection against corrosion.

Off-Road Features & Functionality

• Integrated Winch Plate: The bumper serves as a stable base for mounting an off-road winch.

• Includes Tie Rod Guard: The scope of delivery includes a protective plate for the steering linkages to secure the components under the front.

• Hi-Lift Mounts: Reinforced openings allow you to safely attach your Hi-Lift jack directly to the bumper in an emergency.

• Shackle Mounts: Mounting holes for recovery shackle holders are provided. The matching holders can be ordered as optional accessories in our shop.

• LED Daytime Running Lights: The set already includes integrated LED lights for improved visibility.

Colors & Surfaces

By default, we supply the bumper in Matte Black (RAL 9005).

• Custom RAL Color: For an additional charge, we can manufacture the bumper in your desired color from the RAL palette. Simply provide the RAL code in the comment field during the ordering process.

Note on Custom Colors: Since the bumper is specially manufactured for you when a custom color is requested, the right of withdrawal for these personalized items is excluded.

Important Notes on Assembly & Production

• Plug & Play: No cutting or welding work on your Suzuki is required for installation. All necessary brackets and screws are included in the set.

• Specialist Workshop Recommendation: We strongly recommend that you have the assembly carried out by a specialist workshop. Correct anchoring to the frame is crucial for safety during recovery maneuvers with the winch.

• Production Time: As each bumper is individually manufactured, the delivery time is up to 8 weeks.

• Legal: This bumper has no road legal approval (no expert opinion/ABE). Please clarify a possible individual acceptance before purchase with an expert.
