Get maximum all-round protection for your Suzuki Vitara models with a wide frame (2.0 engines, V6 and LONG versions). This high-end version of our steel front bumper combines an integrated bull bar with additional lamp protection bars. This construction protects the entire front section, including the main headlights, from mechanical damage caused by branches or rocks in rough terrain.

Heavy-duty construction for maximum stress

Specially developed for the powerful Vitara models with cast wishbones:

• Material thickness: The housing is made of 3 mm thick steel sheet. The frame attachments for maximum force absorption during recovery are made of 5 mm steel.

• Full protection bar: The firmly welded lamp protection tubes enclose the headlights and give your Vitara an uncompromising expedition look.

• Precision manufacturing: Laser-cut and bent on CNC press brakes for an exact fit on the wide frame variant.

• Finish: Sandblasted and provided with a double powder coating in matte black (RAL 9005).

Off-road features & functionality

• Integrated winch plate: The bumper provides an extremely stable base for mounting your off-road winch.

• Hi-Lift mounts: Reinforced openings allow a Hi-Lift jack to be securely attached directly to the bumper.

• Shackle mounts: Mounting holes for recovery shackle mounts are available. The corresponding mounts can be ordered as optional accessories in our shop.

• LED daytime running lights: The set already includes integrated LED lights for improved visibility.

Colors & Surfaces

As standard, we supply the bumper in Matte Black (RAL 9005).

• Individual RAL color: For an extra charge, we can produce the bumper in your desired color. Simply enter the RAL code in the comment field of the ordering process.

Note on individual colors: Since the bumper is specially made for you if you request a color, the right of withdrawal for these personalized items is excluded.

Important notes on assembly & production

• Plug & Play: No cutting or welding work on your Suzuki is necessary. The set includes all necessary brackets and screws.

• Specialist workshop recommendation: We strongly recommend having the assembly carried out in a specialist workshop. Correct anchoring to the frame is essential for safety during recoveries.

• Production time: As each bumper is individually manufactured, the delivery time is up to 8 weeks.

• Legal: This bumper with bull bar and lamp protection does not have road approval (no expert opinion/ABE). Please clarify a possible individual acceptance before purchase with an expert.
