Get maximum all-around protection for your Suzuki Vitara 1.6 5-door (narrow frame version). This high-end version of our steel front bumper features an integrated bullbar and additional lamp protection bars. This construction encloses the entire front of your 5-door vehicle, effectively protecting both the radiator grille and the main headlights from mechanical damage in dense terrain.

Heavy-Duty Construction & Maximum Protection

This bumper was specially developed for the 5-door body variant with sheet metal wishbones and a narrow frame:

• Material thickness: The housing consists of 3 mm thick steel plate, while the critical frame fastenings are made of 5 mm for maximum load capacity.

• Extended Protective Bar: The firmly welded lamp protection tubes secure the headlights and give your Vitara an uncompromising expedition look.

• Manufacturing: Laser-cut and bent on CNC press brakes for an exact fit.

• Finish: Sandblasted and provided with a double powder coating in matte black (RAL 9005).

Off-Road Features & Functionality

• Integrated Winch Plate: Provides an extremely stable base for mounting your off-road winch.

• Hi-Lift Mounts: The bumper has reinforced openings so that you can safely attach your Hi-Lift jack directly to the bumper in an emergency.

• Shackle Mounts: Mounting holes for recovery shackle mounts are available. The matching mounts can be ordered as optional accessories in our shop.

• LED Daytime Running Lights: The set already includes integrated LED lights that blend perfectly into the design.

Colors & Surfaces

We deliver the bumper in Matte Black (RAL 9005) as standard.

• Individual RAL Color: For an additional charge, we can manufacture the bumper in your desired color from the RAL palette. Simply enter the RAL code in the comment field of the ordering process.

Note on Individual Colors: Since the bumper is custom-made for you if a specific color is requested, the right of withdrawal for these personalized items is excluded.

Important Notes on Assembly & Production

• Plug & Play: No cutting or welding work on your Suzuki is required for installation. The set contains all necessary parts.

• Specialist Workshop Recommendation: We strongly recommend having the assembly carried out by a specialist workshop. Correct anchoring to the frame is essential for safety during recoveries.

• Production Time: Since each bumper is individually manufactured, the delivery time is up to 8 weeks.

• Legal: This bumper with bullbar and lamp protection has no road approval (no expert opinion/ABE). Please clarify a possible individual acceptance before purchase with an expert.
