Give your 7th generation Toyota Hilux the ultimate off-road look and maximum protection. This version of our steel front bumper is equipped with an integrated bullbar, which effectively protects the grille and front end of your pickup from branches, stones, and obstacles in tough terrain.

Two-piece High-End Construction

The bumper is designed for extreme loads in off-road and work use:

• Winch Plate: Base made of closed profiles and steel sheets (4 mm – 5 mm) which is bolted directly to the frame.

• Bumper Body: Made of 2.5 mm – 5 mm thick steel sheet.

• Integrated Bullbar: The firmly welded protective bar significantly increases the stability of the front end and serves as a distinctive design element.

• TIG Welding Process: All visible outer seams are welded with the high-quality TIG method. The result is extremely clean and resilient seams that do not require grinding.

• Finish: Sandblasted and provided with a double powder coating in matte black (RAL 9005).

Off-Road Features & Functionality

• Integrated Winch Plate: Optimized for mounting off-road winches (we recommend Husar Winch). The design ensures easy operation of the clutch lever.

• Hi-Lift Jack Points: Reinforced openings for safe attachment of a Hi-Lift jack are directly integrated.

• Shackle Mounts: Mounting holes for recovery shackle mounts are available. The matching mounts can be ordered from us as optional accessories.

• LED Lighting: Integrated LED lights are included for optimal visibility.

• Windshield Washer Protection: Includes bolt-on protective plates for the original windshield washer reservoir.

Colors & Surfaces

We deliver the bumper in Matte Black (RAL 9005) as standard.

• Black Textured Paint (RAL 9005)

• Individual RAL Color: For an additional charge, we can manufacture the bumper in your desired color. Simply specify the RAL code in the comment field of the ordering process.

Note on Custom Colors: Since the bumper is specially manufactured for you when a color request is made, the right of withdrawal for these personalized items is excluded.

Important Notes on Installation & Production

• Installation: No drilling or welding work on the frame is required. However, the inner front end plates of the frame need to be cut.

• Specialist Workshop Recommendation: We strongly recommend having the installation carried out by a specialist workshop. Correct anchoring to the frame is essential for safety during recoveries.

• Production Time: Since each bumper is custom-made, the delivery time is up to 8 weeks.

• Legal: This bumper with bullbar has no road approval (no expert opinion/ABE). Please clarify a possible individual acceptance before purchase with an expert.
