Secure the ultimate protection and an aggressive off-road look for your Suzuki Vitara 1.6 3-door. This version of our steel front bumper features an integrated bull bar that effectively protects your vehicle's grille and front end from branches and obstacles when off-roading.

Heavy-Duty Construction & Protection

This bumper is built for tough work and demanding tours:

• Material Thickness: The housing is made of 3 mm thick steel, while critical frame mounts are solidly constructed from 5 mm.

• Integrated Bull Bar: The firmly welded protective bar offers additional safety for the front components and serves as a distinctive design element.

• Manufacturing: Laser-cut and bent on CNC press brakes for a precise fit.

• Finish: Sandblasted and given a double powder coating in Matte Black (RAL 9005).

Off-Road Features & Functionality

• Integrated Winch Plate: Provides an extremely stable base for mounting your off-road winch.

• Tie Rod Protector Included: The set includes a massive protective plate for the tie rods (tie rod protector) to protect the mechanics under the engine from ground contact.

• Hi-Lift Jack Points: The bumper has reinforced openings so you can safely attach your Hi-Lift jack directly to the bumper in an emergency.

• Shackle Mounts: Mounting holes for recovery shackle holders are provided. The matching holders can be ordered as optional accessories in our shop.

• LED Daytime Running Lights: The set already includes integrated LED lights that blend perfectly into the design.

Colors & Surfaces

We deliver the bumper as standard in Matte Black (RAL 9005).

• Individual RAL Color: For an additional charge, we can manufacture the bumper in your desired color from the RAL palette. Simply enter the RAL code in the comment field of the order process.

Note on Individual Colors: Since the bumper is specially made for you when a color request is made, the right of withdrawal for these personalized items is excluded.

Important Notes on Installation & Production

• Installation: For optimal force absorption (especially when using a winch), no cutting or welding is required. The set contains all necessary parts.

• Specialist Workshop Recommendation: We strongly recommend having the installation carried out by a specialist workshop. Correct anchoring to the frame is essential for safety during recoveries.

• Additional Accessories: Matching this bumper, you can also order skid plates for the front differential and for the transmission from us. The skid plate shown in the photos is not included in the scope of delivery.

• Production Time: As each bumper is custom-made, the delivery time is up to 8 weeks.

• Legal: This bumper with bull bar has no road approval (no expert opinion/ABE). Please clarify a possible individual acceptance before purchasing with an expert.
