This version of our steel front bumper features an integrated bullbar that effectively protects your Jimny's grille and front end from branches and obstacles when off-roading. It replaces the sensitive plastic bumper and also reliably secures your off-road vehicle's steering linkages.

Heavy-Duty Construction & Protection

This bumper is built for tough work and demanding off-road tours:

• Material Thickness: The housing is made of 3 mm thick steel plate, while the massive frame mounts are made of 5 mm thick steel for maximum force absorption.

• Integrated Bullbar: The firmly welded bullbar provides additional safety for the front components and serves as a distinctive design element.

• Manufacturing: Laser-cut and bent on CNC press brakes for an exact fit.

• Finish: Sandblasted and with a double powder coating in Matte Black (RAL 9005).

Off-Road Features & Functionality

• Integrated Winch Plate: The bumper serves as an extremely stable base for mounting your off-road winch.

• Tie Rod Protection Included: The set includes a massive protective plate for the tie rods (track rod protection) to secure the sensitive technology under the engine.

• Hi-Lift Mounts: Reinforced openings allow you to safely attach your Hi-Lift jack directly to the bumper in an emergency.

• Shackle Mounts: Mounting holes for recovery shackle mounts are available. The matching mounts can be ordered as optional accessories in our shop.

• LED Daytime Running Lights: The set already includes integrated LED lights that blend perfectly into the design.

Colors & Finishes

We deliver the bumper as standard in Matte Black (RAL 9005).

• Individual RAL Color: For an additional charge, we can manufacture the bumper in your desired color from the RAL palette. Simply specify your RAL code in the comment field of the ordering process.

Note on Custom Colors: As the bumper is specially manufactured for you if a custom color is requested, the right of withdrawal for these personalized items is excluded.

Important Notes on Installation & Production

• Plug & Play: No cutting or welding work on your Jimny is required for installation. All necessary parts for mounting are included in the scope of delivery.

• Specialist Workshop Recommendation: We strongly recommend having the installation carried out by a specialist workshop. Correct anchoring to the frame is essential for safety during recovery operations.

• Production Time: If the bumper is not in stock, we will manufacture it individually. In this case, the delivery time is up to 8 weeks.

• Legal: This bumper with bullbar has no road approval (no expert opinion/ABE). Please clarify a possible individual acceptance before purchase with an expert.
