Robust Armor for Heavy-Duty Use

This protection has been specially developed to effectively secure the heart of your all-wheel drive:

• Solid Construction: Made from 3 mm thick steel sheet, precisely cut by CNC laser and formed on CNC press brakes.

• Maximum Stiffness: Thanks to the all-round 90-degree fold and additional cross-embossing, the plate achieves enormous inherent stiffness to absorb impacts confidently.

• Permanent Corrosion Protection: Since the transfer case is located directly in the splash water area, the protection plate is standard galvanically galvanized (The photos show an additional powder coating at extra cost). This guarantees long-lasting protection against rust, mud, and salt.

Easy Installation – Plug & Play

The installation is precisely matched to the structure of the Navara D23 and is absolutely user-friendly:

• No Modifications: The plate is attached with a total of 5 screws, with the crucial fixing points screwed directly into the factory-provided openings. Nothing needs to be drilled, cut, or adjusted.

• DIY-Ready: With standard tools and a little time, installation is easily achievable. The complete mounting kit is included in the scope of delivery.

• System Addition: This protection is the ideal addition to our combined engine and transmission skid plate to fully armor the entire drivetrain of your Navara (not included in the scope of delivery).

• Production Time: If the product is not directly available from stock, we will manufacture it to order – in this case, the delivery time is approx. 8 weeks.
