The MorE 4x4 steel combination skid plate for the Toyota Hilux Vigo (Generation 7) provides high-strength, extensive protection for the most vulnerable mechanical components on the underside of the vehicle's front. This skid plate simultaneously covers three essential components: the engine (including oil pan), the front axle differential, and the susceptible steering linkage with tie rods.

The Hilux Vigo is globally known as an indestructible workhorse and expedition vehicle. However, those who drive the vehicle in rough terrain, forests, construction sites, or on overland tours quickly reach the limits of the original plastic covers. Since the Hilux has independent front suspension, the front differential housing and sensitive steering components are, by design, unprotected in the potential impact area. An uncareful impact on sharp rocks, massive tree stumps, or hard bottoming out in deep ruts can irreparably bend the tie rods or tear open the engine oil pan – leading to immediate oil loss and catastrophic engine damage.

This vehicle-specific 3-in-1 underbody protection perfectly closes this critical safety gap on the underside of your pick-up. It is specifically designed to fit seamlessly under the original factory bumper (for both pre-facelift and facelift models from 2005 to 2015). Thanks to its well-thought-out design, this skid plate can also be mounted completely independently and separately, without necessarily requiring the installation of the other plates of the underbody system.
