Maximize the protection and off-road capability of your Hyundai Galloper II (5-door). This massively constructed steel rear bumper replaces the original plastic parts with a heavy-duty construction specifically designed for the demands of off-road touring and expeditions.

Robust Materials & Precise Workmanship

The bumper is cut using state-of-the-art laser technology and formed on CNC press brakes to ensure an exact fit for the 5-door body.

Material thickness: The housing consists of 2.5 mm to 5 mm thick steel.
Reinforced mounting: The mounting points to the vehicle structure are made of massive 5 mm steel to guarantee maximum stability.

Functional Off-Road Details

Hi-Lift Mounts: Integrated points for securely attaching a Hi-Lift jack directly to the rear of the vehicle.
Shackle mounts: Pre-drilled mounting holes for shackle mounts (available as optional accessories), ideal for secure recoveries.

Individual Surface Design

Standard delivery is in a double powder coating in Matte Black (RAL 9005). Optionally available are:

Black textured paint (RAL 9005)
Individual RAL color: Please specify the desired RAL code in the comment field of the ordering process.

Important note on individual colors: Since the bumper is specially manufactured for you if a color is requested, it is a custom-made product. The right of withdrawal is excluded for these personalized items.

Professional assembly: Due to the weight and the technical integration of the lighting, we strongly recommend having the assembly carried out in a specialist workshop.
Road legal: This rear bumper has no road legal approval. No documents (expert opinions/ABE) are supplied. Please clarify with a testing engineer before purchase whether registration by individual inspection is possible.
