Give your Suzuki Jimny the ultimate off-road look and massive protection. This steel front bumper was specially developed for Jimny models from 1998 to 2018. It replaces the fragile plastic bumper and reliably protects the front end and steering linkage of your SUV from damage from rocks, branches or during recovery maneuvers.

Robust Construction & High-Quality Finish

This bumper is designed for heavy off-road use and impresses with its precise craftsmanship:

• Material thickness: The housing is made of 3 mm thick steel plate, while the solid frame mounts are made of 5 mm thick material.

• Manufacturing: All parts are laser cut and bent on CNC press brakes to guarantee a perfect fit.

• Surface protection: The bumper is sandblasted and provided with a double powder coating in black matt (RAL 9005).

Off-Road Features & Functionality

• Integrated winch plate: The bumper serves as a stable base for mounting your off-road winch.

• Tie rod protection included: The set includes a massive protective plate for the tie rods to secure the sensitive technology under the engine.

• Hi-Lift mounts: Special openings allow for the safe attachment of a Hi-Lift jack directly to the bumper.

• Shackle mounts: Mounting holes for recovery shackle mounts are present. The matching mounts can be ordered as optional accessories in our shop.

• Including LED daytime running lights: The set comes with integrated LED lights that improve the visibility of your vehicle.

Colors & Surfaces

We deliver the bumper as standard in black matt (RAL 9005).

• Individual RAL color: For an additional charge, we can produce the bumper in your desired color from the RAL palette. Simply enter your RAL code in the comment field of the order process.

Note on custom colors: Since the bumper is specially made for you when a color is requested, the right of withdrawal for these personalized items is excluded.

Important Notes on Assembly & Production

• Plug & Play: No cutting or welding work on your Jimny is required for installation. All necessary parts for assembly are included in the scope of delivery.

• Specialist workshop recommendation: We strongly recommend having the assembly carried out in a specialist workshop. Correct anchoring to the frame is essential for safety when using winches or jacks.

• Production time: If the bumper is not in stock, we will manufacture it individually. In this case, the delivery time is up to 8 weeks.

• Legal: This bumper has no road approval (no expert opinion/ABE). Please clarify a possible individual acceptance before purchase with an expert.
