Upgrade your Nissan Patrol Y60 with a bumper that is as legendary and robust as the vehicle itself. This steel front bumper was specially developed for extreme off-road use and offers you an indestructible base for recovery and maximum protection in rough terrain.

Two-piece Heavy-Duty Construction

The bumper is designed as an intelligent, two-piece construction to combine maximum load capacity with precise assembly:

• Massive Winch Plate: The core consists of 4 mm thick steel, while the attachment points to the vehicle frame are massively reinforced to 8 mm.

• Bumper Body: Manufactured as a closed profile from 3 mm thick steel sheet.

• Manufacturing: All parts are laser-cut and bent on CNC press brakes. The surface is optimally protected by a double powder coating in Black Matt (RAL 9005).

Off-road Features & Functionality

• Integrated Winch Mount: The plate offers your Patrol a secure and extremely stable mount for all common off-road winches.

• Hi-Lift Mounts: The bumper has integrated openings so you can attach your Hi-Lift jack securely and directly.

• Shackle Holders: Prepared mounting holes for recovery shackles are available (hooks/shackles can be ordered as optional accessories from us).

Colors & Surfaces

As standard, we supply the bumper in Black Matt (RAL 9005).

• Individual RAL Color: You can choose any color from the RAL palette for an extra charge. Simply enter your desired RAL code in the comment field during the ordering process.

Note on Custom Colors: Since the bumper is specially manufactured for you when a custom color is requested, the right of withdrawal for these personalized items is excluded.

Assembly & Production

• Plug & Play: No welding or cutting work on your Patrol is required for assembly. All necessary parts for installation are included in the set.

• Specialist Workshop Recommendation: We strongly recommend that you have the assembly carried out by a specialist workshop. Proper anchoring to the frame is particularly safety-relevant for high tensile loads from a winch.

• Production Time: Since each bumper is individually manufactured, the delivery time is up to 8 weeks.

• Legal: This bumper has no road approval (no expert opinion/ABE). Please clarify a possible individual acceptance before purchase with an expert.
