Heavy-Duty Construction & Protection

This bumper is built for heavy-duty use and demanding tours:

• Material Thickness: The housing is made of 3 mm thick steel, while the critical frame mounts are robustly executed in 5 mm.

• Integrated Bull Bar: The firmly welded bull bar offers additional safety for the front components and serves as a striking design element.

• Manufacturing: Laser-cut and bent on CNC press brakes for an exact fit.

• Finish: Sandblasted and with a double powder coating in matte black (RAL 9005).

Off-Road Features & Functionality

• Integrated Winch Plate: Provides an extremely stable base for mounting your off-road winch.

• Hi-Lift Jack Points: The bumper has reinforced openings so you can safely attach your hi-lift jack in an emergency.

• Shackle Mounts: Mounting holes for recovery shackle mounts are available. The matching mounts can be ordered as optional accessories in our shop.

• LED Daytime Running Lights: The set already includes integrated LED lights that blend perfectly into the design.

Colors & Surfaces

As standard, we supply the bumper in matte black (RAL 9005).

• Individual RAL Color: For an additional charge, we can manufacture the bumper in your desired color from the RAL palette. Simply specify the RAL code in the comment field of the order process.

Note on Custom Colors: As the bumper is specially manufactured for you when a custom color is requested, the right of withdrawal for these personalized items is excluded.

Important Notes on Installation & Production

• Installation: For optimal load absorption (especially when using a winch), we recommend drilling 4 to 6 additional holes (Ø 10 mm) into the frame.

• Specialist Workshop Recommendation: We strongly recommend having the installation carried out in a specialist workshop. Correct anchoring to the frame is essential for safety during recoveries.

• Additional Accessories: We also offer skid plates for the differential and the transmission that are compatible with this bumper. The skid plate shown in the photos is not included.

• Production Time: As each bumper is manufactured individually, the delivery time is up to 8 weeks.

• Legal Information: This bumper with bull bar has no road approval (no expert opinion/ABE). Please clarify a possible individual acceptance before purchase with an expert.
