Heavy-Duty Construction

Precision and stability are paramount here. The bumper is laser-cut and shaped on CNC press brakes.

• Material thickness: The housing is made of 2.5 mm to 5 mm thick steel.

• Solid mounting: The brackets for connection to the frame are made of 5 mm steel to safely absorb the forces occurring during recovery.

• Protection: The attached bull bar effectively protects the front end from branches and mechanical impacts.

Off-Road Features & Functionality

• Integrated winch plate: Provides an extremely stable base for mounting all common off-road winches.

• Hi-Lift mounts: The bumper has special openings so you can safely attach your Hi-Lift jack.

• Shackle mounts: Mounting holes for recovery shackles are already present (brackets can be ordered from us as optional accessories).

• Includes LED lighting: Matching LED lights are included in the set and provide better illumination of your path.

Colors & Surfaces

We deliver the bumper as standard in Matte Black (RAL 9005) with a high-quality double powder coating.

Note on individual colors: Since the bumper is custom-made for you if a specific color is requested, the right of withdrawal for these personalized items is excluded.

Important Notes on Assembly & Production

• Assembly note: As with the standard version, the bumper cones on the front of the frame must be removed. Welding is not necessary.

• Specialist workshop recommendation: We strongly recommend having the assembly carried out in a specialist workshop. Proper anchoring to the frame is essential, especially when using a winch.

• Delivery time: Since each bumper is individually manufactured, the delivery time is up to 8 weeks.

• Legal: This bumper with bull bar has no road approval (no expert opinion/ABE). Please clarify a possible individual acceptance before purchase with an expert.
