Do you want to go further off-road with your Mercedes ML W164 and – even more importantly – return unscathed? Appropriate armor and equipment are essential for this. This special version of our steel front bumper features an integrated bullbar and offers ultimate protection for the front end and the self-supporting body of the W164.

Two-piece heavy-duty construction

The bumper is designed as an intelligent, two-piece construction to ensure maximum stability with reduced weight:

• Separate winch plate: This forms the core and massively connects the bumper to the longitudinal members at numerous points. This ensures optimal force distribution and protects the vehicle structure. It also significantly simplifies winch maintenance.

• Bumper body with bullbar: Made from laser-cut and CNC-bent steel (2.5 mm – 10 mm thick). The integrated bullbar also protects the grille and serves as a striking eye-catcher. Small parts are galvanized, the construction is sandblasted and reinforced with additional struts.

Off-road functionality & features

• Integrated bullbar: Solid protective bar for the front area, which safely repels obstacles such as branches and undergrowth.

• Excellent winch access: The construction allows for easy operation and maintenance of your winch.

• Hi-Lift mounts: Welded sockets allow a Hi-Lift jack to be safely attached directly to the bumper.

• Includes LED lighting: Powerful LED auxiliary headlights are already included in the set.

• Shackle mounts: Prepared mounting points for recovery shackles are available (mounts available as optional accessories).

Colors & finish

The bumper is supplied as standard with a high-quality double powder coating in Matte Black (RAL 9005).

• Individual RAL color: Optionally, you can choose any color from the RAL palette for an additional charge. Please specify the desired RAL code in the comment field of the ordering process.

Important note on individual colors: Since the bumper is specially manufactured for you if you request a color, the right of withdrawal for these personalized items is excluded.

Installation & Production

• Professional installation: Although installation can be done with standard tools, we strongly recommend having it installed by a specialist workshop. This ensures that all safety-relevant connections to the vehicle frame are correctly executed.

• Production time: Since each bumper is individually manufactured, the delivery time is up to 8 weeks.

• Legal: This bumper has no road approval (no expert opinion/ABE). Please clarify a possible individual acceptance before purchase with an expert.
