Do you want to venture further off-road with your Mercedes ML and equip your vehicle for true expeditions? One of the main problems with the ML in off-road use is the space for a full-size spare tire. Our massive spare wheel carrier offers the perfect solution: it moves the wheel to the outside and is mounted directly on the steel bumper to ensure maximum stability.

Robust Construction & High-Quality Finish

This carrier was developed for uncompromising off-road use:

• Massive Construction: Made from robust steel profiles and laser-cut steel sheets. All components are machined on precise CNC machines and professionally welded.

• Excellent Corrosion Protection: Small parts are galvanized for maximum durability, while the main construction is finished with a double powder coating in matte black (RAL 9005).

• Modular Expandability: The carrier serves as a base for additional equipment. Optionally, we offer suitable mounts for a Hi-Lift, recovery boards (Traps), and Rotopax auxiliary tanks (not included in delivery).

Easy Installation – Perfect System Integration

Installation is designed to work seamlessly with our bumper system:

• System Integration: The holder has been developed exclusively for the RTECH steel bumper. Since our bumper already has integrated, massive mounting points, the connection is extremely stable.

• Plug & Play: The carrier is simply attached to the bumper with 8 screws. Nothing needs to be drilled or cut on the vehicle.

• DIY-Ready: With standard tools and a little time, the holder is quickly ready for use. The complete mounting kit, including instructions, is included in the delivery.

• Production Time: Since we manufacture each part with a focus on stability and precision fit, the delivery time is approx. 8 weeks if the product is not directly available from stock.
