With this complete lift kit made of high-quality polyurethane, you give the "Wolf" or your G-model a significant plus in off-road capability and an even more commanding appearance. These spacers are the most efficient way to uniformly raise the vehicle level of the 460, 461, and 463 series.

Why polyurethane (90 ShA) spacers?

In contrast to steel spacers, high-strength polyurethane with a hardness of 90 ShA offers decisive advantages for your G-Class:

• Extreme hardness: The material is almost rigid and extremely pressure-resistant – it reliably maintains its shape even with heavy superstructures or hard impacts off-road.

• Vibration damping: PU acts as a sound insulator and prevents the transmission of fine vibrations to the body, which improves driving comfort compared to metal spacers.

• Weather-resistant: Absolutely resistant to corrosion, road salt, mud, and oil – perfect for a vehicle built to last.

Product details & configuration

This set was specially developed for the Mercedes G-Class chassis. To offer the right height for every application, the product is available in three variants:

• Available heights: 30 mm, 40 mm or 50 mm (please select when ordering).

• Color: Orange.

• Hardness: 90 ShA (Heavy Duty).

Scope of delivery (complete set)

The set contains the components for raising both rigid axles:

• Front spring pads: 2x PU spacers

• Rear spring pads: 2x PU spacers

Important notes on installation & approval

• Chassis adjustments: Please note that depending on the selected height, further adjustments to the chassis may be necessary. Especially with the higher variants (40mm/50mm), the shock absorber length and the clearance of the brake lines should be checked to ensure full articulation.

• Legal notice: The parts do not have a certificate (parts certificate or ABE). They are therefore not approved for public road traffic in Germany according to StVZO and are intended exclusively for export or use on private land/off-road sports.
